Requirements
Education
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and a minimum of 4 year(s) related experience and/or training; OR
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training
Skills/Experience
Travel
Employee must be able to travel 90% of the time.

As the Multi-Site Director of Sales at our senior living communities in the SWMO region, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional sales strategies while upholding our Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. You will be responsible for overseeing sales activities across multiple facilities, ensuring that we hit our occupancy targets and welcome new residents each quarter. Your ability to collaborate with Executive Directors will be crucial as you help develop marketing plans tailored for each location, addressing the unique demands of the local senior living market. Creativity will be your ally as you devise programs to connect with referral sources and enhance relationships that aid in reaching potential clients. Every interaction counts, so documenting your sales activities diligently will help streamline processes and improve our methodologies. Moreover, you’ll oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of lead generation resources. By following up with prospects and cultivating a sense of trust, you’ll foster relationships that lead to successful outcomes. Your experience and passion for working with seniors will shine through as you discover the needs of residents and their families, providing them with tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel sales within the advertising and marketing technology sector.
